To provide a drain socket and a bedpan with the drain socket, wherein the drain socket can keep drainage performance and cut-off performance constant.SOLUTION: Drain sockets 10, 100 each comprise: a first connection part 11 connected to a drain pipe part 83 of a bedpan 80; a second connection part 12 connected to drainage piping T provided on a floor surface or a wall surface; and a drainage channel 13 provided between the first connection part 11 and the second connection part 12, wherein the drain socket has a socket body 30 and a mounting component 50 that can be attached to and detached from the socket body 30, the socket body 30 has the second connection part 12, the drainage channel 13, and a body end part 32 that constitutes the first connection part 11 in a state where the mounting component 50 is not attached, and the mounting component 50 has a first end part 51 that can be attached to and detached from the body end part 32, and a second end part 52 that is located above the first end part 51 and constitutes the first connection part 11 in the state where the first end part 51 is mounted to the body end part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
