To make it possible to store column base hardware inside a load bearing wall when installing the column base hardware between a column and a base, and to prevent plastic deformation of the column base hardware and its attachment portion and to maintain strength of the load bearing wall, even when a large horizontal external force acts on the load bearing wall and the column is tilted and lifted from the base.SOLUTION: There is provided column base hardware 10 which is stored inside a load bearing wall and connects a base 5 and a column 2. The column base hardware 10 comprises a fixing plate 11a which is fixed to a column base 2a of the column 2 with wood screws 12a to 12d, a U-shaped holder 11 having a tubular portion 11b protruding in a direction away from the fixing plate 11a to the column 2, a coil spring 13 having a large tensile elastic modulus which expands and contracts in the vertical direction, a first mounting portion 14 which mounts one end of the coil spring 13 to the tubular portion 11b, and a second mounting portion 15 which mounts the other end of the coil spring 13 to the top surface of the base 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】柱と土台の間に柱脚金物を取り付けるに際し、耐力壁の内部に収納でき、耐力壁に水平方向の大きな外力が作用し、柱が傾いて土台から持ち上げられても、柱脚金物やその取り付け部分が塑性変形しないようにし、耐力壁の強度を維持する。【解決手段】耐力壁の内部に収納され土台5と柱2を連結する柱脚金物10であって、柱2の柱脚2aに木ネジ12a〜12dで固定される固定板11aと、固定板11aから柱2に対して離れる方向に突出する筒部11bを備えたU型ホルダー11と、鉛直方向に伸縮する引張弾性率の大きいコイルバネ13と、コイルバネ13の一端を筒部11bに取り付ける第1取付部14と、コイルバネ13の他端を土台5の上面に取り付ける第2取付部15とを備えた柱脚金物10。【選択図】図4
