To provide an opening structure capable of utilizing the design of structural columns while enhancing the feeling of openness of a large opening formed by continuously arranging sashes, and a building having the opening structure.SOLUTION: An opening structure 1 comprises a structural column 7 erected along a reference line N on the outer periphery of the building, and a sash 8 continuously arranged away from the structural column 7 on the outdoor side. The sash 8 has a sash frame 81 and a transparent plate 82 fitted into the sash frame 81, and the transparent plate 82 has a length from a ceiling surface 13 to a floor surface 14 in the height direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 連続してサッシを配置して形成される大開口の開放感を高めつつ、構造柱の意匠性を生かすことができる開口部構造及び当該開口部構造を有する建物を提供する。【解決手段】開口部構造１は、建物外周の基準線Ｎに沿って立設される構造柱７と、前記構造柱７から屋外側に離れて連続して配置されるサッシ８とを備え、前記サッシ８はサッシ枠８１と当該サッシ枠８１にはめ込まれる透明板８２とを有しており、前記透明板８２は、高さ方向に天井面１３から床面１４までの長さを有する。【選択図】図１
