CONNECTION JOINT AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING DRAINAGE PIPING USING CONNECTION JOINT
To provide the connection joint and the method for repairing the drainage piping using the connection joint, that enable reliable repair and improvement of workability, that are issues regarding repair of the drainage piping.SOLUTION: The drainage piping comprises a tank body having a first drainage port H1 formed on a bottom surface and a second drainage port H2 formed on a side surface, and a first drainage channel P1 that is continuous from the first drainage port H1 and a second drainage channel P2 that is continuous from the second drainage port H2 and joins the first drainage channel P1 are formed. Each member excluding an overflow member 4 and a connection pipe 5 is removed from the drainage piping, and a novel drainage piping such as a drainage port member 1, an elbow pipe 2, a branch pipe member 8, and a drain trap 13 is connected. Next, an existing connecting pipe 5 and a merging part 181 are connected through a flexible connection joint 9. As a result, the second drainage channel P2 can be merged with the first drainage channel P1 even when the merging part 181 is arranged at a position different from that of the drainage piping before repairing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】排水配管の補修について、確実に補修を行うことを可能とし、施工性を向上させることを課題とする。【解決手段】排水配管は底面に形成された第一の排水口H1と、側面に形成された第二の排水口H2を有する槽体を備え、第一の排水口H1から連続する第一の排水流路P1と、第二の排水口H2から連続し、第一の排水流路P1へと合流する第二の排水流路P2が形成されている。当該排水配管に対して、オーバーフロー部材4及び連結管5を除く各部材を取り外し、排水口部材1、エルボ管2、枝管部材8、排水トラップ13等の新規の排水配管を接続する。次に、既設の連結管5と合流部181を、可撓性を有する接続継手9を介して接続する。これにより、合流部181が補修前の排水配管と異なる位置に配置された場合であっても、第二の排水流路P2を第一の排水流路P1に合流させることが可能となる。【選択図】図4
