HEAT-SHIELD AND HEAT-INSULATION STRUCTURE OF WOODEN FRAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD HOUSE
To provide a heat-shield and heat-insulation structure with excellent heat-insulation performance with a UA value of 0.3 W/m2K or less, which represents the exodermis performance of heating and cooling, by appropriately insulating each part in a wooden frame construction method house.SOLUTION: A heat-shielding and heat-insulating structure of a wooden house 1 constructed by using a wooden frame construction method includes: a ceiling-filled heat-insulating portion 60 configured by laying a fiber-based heat insulation material with a predetermined thickness along the back surface of a ceiling material 61 in an attic space 71, a wall exterior heat insulation portion 40 configured by pasting a plastic heat insulation material along the outer surface of a frame of an outer wall portion 4; and a floor-filling heat insulation portion 30 configured by laying a plastic-based heat insulation material with a predetermined thickness along the back surface of a floor portion 3. Unlike a case of a completely externally insulated house which uses roof insulation and base insulation, a heating and cooling volume does not include a space behind the attic space and under the floor, so the heating and cooling volume can be reduced and an efficiency of heating and cooling can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造軸組工法住宅において各部位の断熱を適切に行うことにより、冷暖房の外皮性能を表すUA値が0.3W/m2K以下の優れた断熱性能を備えた遮熱断熱構造を提供すること。【解決手段】木造軸組工法を用いて施工される木造住宅1の遮熱断熱構造は、小屋裏71において天井材61の裏面に沿って繊維系断熱材を所定の厚さで敷き詰めて構成した天井充填断熱部60と、外壁部分4の軸組の外面に沿ってプラスチック系断熱材を張り付けて構成した壁外張り断熱部40と、床部分3の裏面に沿ってプラスチック系断熱材を所定の厚さで敷き詰めて構成した床充填断熱部30とを備えている。屋根断熱、基礎断熱を採用する完全外断熱の住宅の場合とは異なり、冷暖房容積には小屋裏、床下の空間部分が含まれないので、冷暖房容積を少なくでき、冷暖房の効率を高めることができる。【選択図】図1
