WARMED WASHING TOILET SEAT INSPECTION DEVICE
To provide means to be able to inspect a warmed washing toilet seat hygienically, to reduce workload for inspecting the warmed washing toilet seat, and to obtain a stable and reliable inspection result not depending on technical expertise of an inspector.SOLUTION: A warmed washing toilet seat inspection device includes: a body part 2 provided in a toilet seat 11 which is an inspection target and which forms an open space above an ejection nozzle 12 in a state in which cleaning water is ejected; a measurement plate 3 having light transmissivity and disposed at the same height position as an upper face of the toilet seat in the open space; a water collecting part 6 disposed under the measurement panel, which surrounds the ejection nozzle in a state in which the cleaning water is ejected, flows the cleaning water along an inner face thereof, and guides the cleaning water into the toilet bowl 13 where the toilet seat is provided: a cleaning water thermometer 4 a detection part of which is arranged in a part of the measurement plate to which the cleaning water is applied; a flowmeter 7 arranged in a flow channel of the cleaning water that flows along the inner face of the water collecting part in the water collecting part; and a toilet seat thermometer 8 that measures a surface temperature of the toilet seat. The measurement plate includes a measurement scale 31 that indicates an area with a predetermined size in a part to which the cleaning water is applied, and the body part causes a seating sensor included in the toilet seat to be actuated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】暖房洗浄便座を衛生的に点検することができ、暖房洗浄便座の点検のための労力を低減することができ、点検者の技能に依ることなく均質な点検結果を得る。【解決手段】点検対象となる便座１１に載置され、洗浄水が噴出される状態の噴出ノズル１２の上方に開放空間を形成する本体部２と、透光性を有し開放空間において便座の上面と同じ高さ位置に配置される計測板３と、計測板の下方に配置され洗浄水が噴出される状態の噴出ノズルを囲い洗浄水を内面に沿って流し便座が設置されている便器１３の中へ導く集水部６と、計測板の洗浄水が当たる部位に検出部が配置される洗浄水温度計４と、集水部における集水部の内面に沿って流れる洗浄水の流路上に配置される流量計７と、便座の表面温度を計測する便座温度計８を備え、計測板は洗浄水が当たる部位に所定の大きさの面積を示す計測目盛３１を有し、本体部は便座が備える着座センサを反応させる。【選択図】図１
