To provide a facility use management system and a facility use management method that can quickly respond to a trouble that occurs when using a facility.SOLUTION: An accommodation management system 1 as an example of a facility use management system includes an authentication server 31 and a management server 32. In a storage unit 35 of the authentication server 31, customer information of a customer who reserves use of an accommodation facility 100 as an example of a facility is registered. The customer information is acquired from the customer when using the accommodation facility 100 by a management website 39 of the management server 32. A control unit 36 of the management server 39 transmits the customer information acquired from a customer by the management website 39 and customer information registered in the authentication server 31 to a communication terminal 3 of an accommodation business operator who is a predetermined destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施設を利用する際に発生するトラブルに迅速に対応できる施設利用管理システムおよび施設利用管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】施設利用管理システムの一例としての宿泊管理システム１は、認証サーバ３１と管理サーバ３２とを含む。認証サーバ３１の記憶部３５には、施設の一例としての宿泊施設１００の利用を予約する顧客の顧客情報が登録される。管理サーバ３２の管理ウェブサイト３９によって、宿泊施設１００を利用する際の顧客から顧客情報が取得される。管理サーバ３９の制御部３６は、管理ウェブサイト３９によって顧客から取得された顧客情報と、認証サーバ３１に登録されている顧客情報とを、所定の送信先である宿泊事業者の通信端末３に送信する。【選択図】図１
