To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device that can be easily and surely positioned with respect to a fixing member without increasing the number of equipment to be carried, and improve the workability at the time of construction.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating device includes a heating coil that electromagnetically inducing heats a conductive substrate of a fixing member until the temperature reaches the melting temperature of a thermoplastic resin or higher, a device main body 20 that accommodates the heating coil at the bottom, and a positioning member 30 that is pressed against a predetermined portion of the fixing member via a waterproof sheet.
