CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF FIREPROOF PANEL
To form a partition wall partitioning an indoor space by connecting a fireproof panel 1 provided with a surface plate 2 and a core material 3 in a series without filling a connection part X of the fireproof panel 1 with a fireproof material or fixing it with screws.SOLUTION: A core material 3 is composed of first and second opposing surface parts 3a, 3b with a central part in the front-rear direction facing each other. A surface plate 2 comprises first and second extension surface parts 2b, 2m which face each other when a main body surface part 2a serving as front and rear surfaces and an adjacent fireproof panel 1 are connected to each other. The first extension surface part 2b is provided in a state that an extension piece part 2e extending from the main body surface part 2a toward the other fireproof panel side and a fitting recessed groove part 2i formed in a state continued from the extended piece part are positioned outside the first opposing surface part 3a in the front-rear direction. The second extension surface part is configured such that an outer fitting piece part 2n to which the extension piece part 2e is externally fitted and a fitting convex part 2r to which the fitting recessed groove part 2i is internally fitted in a state continued from the outer fitting piece part 2n are provided outside the second opposing surface part in the front-rear direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】室内空間を仕切る間仕切り壁を、表面板2と芯材3とを備えた耐火パネル1を一連状に連結して形成するにあたり、耐火パネル1の連結部Xを耐火材を充填したり螺子固定したりしないでできるようにする。【解決手段】芯材3を、前後方向中央部位が互いに対向する第一、第二対向面部3a、3bを備えて構成し、表面板2は、前後表面となる本体面部2aと隣接する耐火パネル1同士を連結したときに互いに対向する第一、第二延長面部2b、2mとを備え、第一延長面部2bは、本体面部2aから他方の耐火パネル側に向けて延出する延出片部2eと該延出片部から続く状態で形成される嵌合用凹溝部2iとが第一対向面部3aの前後方向外側に位置する状態で設けられ、第二延長面部は、延出片部2eが外嵌する外嵌片部2nと外嵌片部2nから続く状態で前記嵌合用凹溝部2iに内嵌する嵌合用凸状部2rとが第二対向面部の前後方向外側に設けられた構成にする。【選択図】図4
