To realize a protective guard that can easily clean the upper and lower windows of a cab while ensuring a protective function.SOLUTION: A protective guard 20 that protects a front surface of a cab 10. It comprises a lower guard body 40 configured to be displaceable into a protected position that covers a lower part of the front surface of the cab 10 and a non-protected position that is tilted forward, an upper stopper 42 and a lower stopper 43 that receive and position the lower guard body 40, a locking device 70 that fixes the lower guard body 40 to the protected position, and an operation assist device 60 that urges the lower guard body 40 toward the protected position. Since the operation assist device 60 is located behind a link member 50, it is arranged on a device side outer surface 10a of the cab 10 facing a work device 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
