To lift a car to the water surface and evacuate safely, when encountering a flood or tsunami.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet is installed in a parking lot, a parking lot floor is built by continuously passing strings through adjacent eyelets, in the case of a tsunami or flood, the string of the waterproof sheet installed under a car is pulled, the tips of the strings are tied to the left and right center pillars of the car, and the car is wrapped in a bowl shape to the position substantially under the window with the waterproof sheet, thereby providing a tsunami vehicle floating seat for safely floating the car on the water surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 洪水・津波に遭遇した場合、自動車を水面に浮上させ安全に避難することを課題とする。【解決手段】 駐車場に防水シートを設置し、隣り合うハトメに連続して紐を通して駐車場床を構築し、津波・洪水の場合に自動車の下に設置した防水シートの紐を引っ張り、紐の先端を自動車の左右のセンターピラーに縛り付け、防水シートで自動車を概ね窓下位置までお椀状に包み込むことにより自動車を安全に水面に浮上させるための津波用車両浮上シートを提供する。【選択図】図４
