CUT-OFF SHEET ATTACHED WITH WATER ABSORPTIVE RESIN
To provide a cut-off sheet which is not expensive, can be installed easily by anyone, has air permeability in normal time and is self-closing automatically in water immersion to solve the problem in which currently in natural disasters such as heavy rain a muddy stream flows into from an underfloor ventilation port due to an occurrence of a flood and extends damage and generally sandbags are installed as realistic countermeasures, however there are no other countermeasures.SOLUTION: A sheet with a water absorptive resin 13 locally fixed to a non-woven cloth 11 with air permeability is made. On the other hand four faces are sewn together using a thin non-woven cloth 11 with ventilation and water conduction (fusion, crimp, adhesive, sewing machine, etc). A water absorptive resin 13 fixed in the sheet expands while absorbing water and turns into a hydrous gelatinous shape in a closed non-woven cloth 11, generates a blocking and forms a plate shape. The cut-off sheet 10 has a function of a ventilation port in normal time and has a function of stopping entrance of water from the ventilation port in immersion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】豪雨等災害時に於いて、洪水の発生により床下通気口から濁流が流れ込んで、被害が大きくなっているのが現状である。現実的な対応策として土のう袋を設置するのが一般的であるが、他には対応策がない。そこで本発明では安価で誰にでも簡単に設置が可能で日常は通気性を持ち、浸水時には自動的に自閉する止水シートを発明するに至った。【解決手段】通気性のある不織布１１に吸水樹脂１３を局部的に固定したシートを作る。一方で通気、通水性のある薄い不織布１１を使用し四面を縫い合わせる（溶融、圧着、接着剤、ミシン等）。シート内に固定された吸水樹脂１３が水を吸水しながら膨張し閉じられた不織布１１の中で含水ゲル状となりブロック化を起こし板状を形成する。日常的には通気口の機能を有し、浸水時には通気口からの水の侵入を止める機能を有した止水シート１０である。【選択図】図５
