ULTRA-LOW SHRINKAGE CONCRETE
To provide ultra-low shrinkage concrete having excellent dry shrinkage performance with a dry shrinkage rate of 1.5×10-4 or less at 6 months of age.SOLUTION: An ultra-low shrinkage concrete prepared mainly from cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and water, and having a drying shrinkage rate of 1.5×10-4 or less at 6 months of age, wherein limestone is used as raw materials for both of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate, and an admixture having a viscosity of 10 to 200 mPa s (20°C) before blending is blended to make the water ratio of the binder 1.54 to 3.33, and wherein the unit amount of the admixture is 10 to 30 kg/m3 in solid content, and the admixture is composed of a shrinkage reducing agent and/or a thickening agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】材齢6ヶ月における乾燥収縮率が1.5×10−4以下となる優れた乾燥収縮性能を有する超低収縮コンクリートを実現する。【解決手段】セメントと粗骨材と細骨材と水を主材として調製され、材齢6ヶ月における乾燥収縮率が1.5×10−4以下となる超低収縮コンクリートであって、前記粗骨材および前記細骨材の原料としていずれも石灰岩を用いるとともに、配合前の粘度が10〜200mPa・s(20℃)の混和材料を配合し、結合材水比を1.54〜3.33とし、前記混和材料の単位量を固形分で10〜30kg/m3とし、前記混和材料は、収縮低減剤および/または増粘剤からなる。【選択図】図1
