UNDER-REAMED STEEL PIPE PILE, AND STEEL PIPE WITH UNDER-REAMED PORTION
To provide an under-reamed steel pipe pile capable of forming a sufficiently large under-reamed portion and capable of obtaining large bearing power with a simple structure, and to provide a steel pipe with an under-reamed portion capable of improving a construction efficiency.SOLUTION: An under-reamed steel pipe pile comprises: a shaft steel pipe 2 that is a pile steel pipe body; an under-reamed side steel pipe 3 which is joined to a lower end of the shaft steel pipe 2 and which has a larger diameter than that of the shaft steel pipe; and a tip member 4 which is joined to a lower end of the under-reamed side steel pipe and which is a circular under-reamed portion and exhibits an excavation propelling force. In this structure, a shaft steel pipe is not directly joined to a tip member, but joined to a tip member via an under-reamed side steel pipe with a larger diameter than that of the shaft steel pipe. Thus, an outer diameter of an end face plate of a tip member that is a circular under-reamed portion can be enlarged, and a large bearing power can be obtained as an under-reamed steel pipe pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造で十分大きな拡底部を形成することが可能で大きな支持力を得ることが可能な拡底鋼管杭、及び施工能率を向上させることができる拡底部一体鋼管を提供する。【解決手段】杭鋼管本体である軸鋼管2と、前記軸鋼管2の下端に接合された前記軸鋼管より大径の拡底側鋼管3と、前記拡底側鋼管の下端に接合された、円形の拡底部であると同時に掘削推進力を発揮する先端部材4とからなる。軸鋼管を先端部材に直接接合する構成ではなく、軸鋼管より大径の拡底側鋼管を介在させて先端部材に接合する構造なので、円形の拡底部である先端部材の端面板の外径を大径にすることができ、拡底鋼管杭として大きな支持力を得ることが可能となる。【選択図】図1
