To provide a durable underfloor heat insulation material and a free access floor.SOLUTION: An underfloor heat insulation material 10 is laid on an underfloor foundation surface under a floor panel of a free access floor, and has a plate-shaped foamed resin layer 11 and a top surface metal layer 15 laminated on it and located on an uppermost surface. Since the uppermost surface of the underfloor heat insulation material 10 is formed of the top surface metal layer 15, wear of the underfloor heat insulation material 10 due to the work of routing the underfloor wiring is suppressed, and the durability of the underfloor heat insulation material 10 is improved. In addition, the top surface metal layer 15 also improves the fire resistance of the underfloor heat insulation material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】耐久性に優れる床下断熱材及びフリーアクセスフロアを提供する。【解決手段】床下断熱材10は、フリーアクセスフロアのフロアパネルの下の床下基礎面に敷設されるものであって、板状の発泡樹脂層11と、その上に積層されかつ最上面に位置する上面金属層15とを有する。このように床下断熱材10の最上面が上面金属層15になっているので、床下配線の取り廻し作業による床下断熱材10の摩耗が抑えられ、床下断熱材10の耐久性が向上する。また、上面金属層15によって床下断熱材10の耐火性も向上する。【選択図】図4
