PILE HOLDING FIXTURE, AND INSTALLATION METHOD TO HOLD PILES USING PILE HOLDING FIXTURE

To provide a pile holding fixture facilitating alignment of a pile center of the pile with a designed center axis of a drilling hole.SOLUTION: A pile holding fixture holding a pile generally in a vertical direction at an opening part of a drilling hole at installation of the pile in the drilling hole is provided with: a column-shaped rod, having an upper end part connected to a pile driver and a lower part connected to the pile; a base placed on a ground surface in a manner of surrounding the opening part of the drilling hole and passed through with the rod; and a fitting body arranged between an outer peripheral surface of the rod and the base and fitted into the base. The fitting body has a tilted surface approaching a center axis of the rod from the upper end part toward the lower end part of the rod. The base has a tilted surface approaching a center axis of the base from an upper end part toward a lower end part. Fitting the tilted surface of the fitting body to the tilted surface of the base allows the pile to be held at installation of the pile connected to the rod in the drilling hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

【課題】掘削孔の設計上の中心軸に杭の杭心を合わせ易くする杭保持治具を提供する。【解決手段】掘削孔に杭を建て込む際に、前記掘削孔の開口部で前記杭を略鉛直方向に保持する杭保持治具は、上端部が杭打機に接続され、下端部が前記杭に接続される柱状のロッドと、前記掘削孔の開口部を囲うように地面に載置され、前記ロッドが通される基台と、前記ロッドの外周面と前記基台との間に設けられ、前記基台に嵌合される嵌合体とを備える。前記嵌合体は、前記ロッドの上端部側から下端部側に向かって前記ロッドの中心軸に近づく傾斜面を有する。前記基台は、上端部側から下端部側に向かって前記基台の中心軸に近づく傾斜面を有する。前記ロッドに接続された前記杭を前記掘削孔に建て込む際に、前記嵌合体の前記傾斜面が前記基台の前記傾斜面に嵌合されることで前記杭を保持する。【選択図】図６
