DENTAL IMPLANT BODY AND DENTAL IMPLANT BODY MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a dental implant body capable of improving the strength of bonding with the jawbone, suppressing the falling off or dislodgment from the jawbone, and improving the prognosis, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the dental implant body.SOLUTION: The dental implant body is manufactured by: dispersing a ceramic powder in a gellable liquid to produce a slurry; gelling the slurry to produce a gel body; and freezing, drying, and sintering the produced gel body to form a porous body composed of a ceramic sintered body, the porous body having stop holes or communication holes formed from the surface thereof, and having wall surfaces formed between the stop holes or communication holes. The concentration of the ceramic powder to be dispersed in the liquid is set more than 5% and 65% or less; the gel body is frozen in the range of -40°C or higher or -10°C or lower; the porosity of the stop holes or communication holes is 50±10%; and the diameter of the stop holes or communication holes is 50 μm or more and 190 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】顎骨との結合強度の向上が図れ、顎骨からの脱落や抜けが抑制されて予後の改善が可能な、歯科用インプラント体及び歯科用インプラント体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】ゲル化可能な液体にセラミック粉末を分散してスラリーを作製し、そのスラリーをゲル化させてゲル体を作製し、作製したゲル体を凍結、乾燥、焼結して、セラミックス焼結体から成り表面から止め穴又は連通孔が形成され、止め穴又は連通孔の間に壁面が形成された多孔体を形成して歯科用インプラント体を製造する。更に、液体に分散させるセラミック粉末の濃度を5%以上65%以下と設定し、ゲル体を-40℃以上-10℃以下の範囲で凍結して、止め穴又は連通孔の気孔率を50±10%、止め穴又は連通孔の径を50μm以上190μm以下とする。【選択図】図1
