To provide a grouting material and a grouting method which are capable of maintaining predetermined durability for a long period of time, reduce acidification of an underground water, and as a result, can be applied to permanent grouting for which durability capable of maintaining predetermined hardness and keeping pH of underground water within a range of water quality regulation are required.SOLUTION: A grouting material using silica solution in which the silica solution has silica colloid or silica colloid and water glass, and hardly soluble alkaline agent as active ingredients. 【課題】長期間所定の耐久性の持続を可能にし、かつ、地下水の酸性化を低減して、その結果、所定の強度を持続し得る耐久性と地下水のｐＨを水質規制の範囲内におさめることを要求される本設注入に適用できる地盤注入材および地盤注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】シリカ溶液を用いた地盤注入材であって、シリカ溶液が、シリカコロイド、または、シリカコロイドおよび水ガラスと、難溶性アルカリ剤と、を有効成分とすることを特徴とする地盤注入材である。これを用いた地盤注入工法である。【選択図】なし
