DRAINAGE VENTILATION METHOD, AND TOILET UNIT INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a drainage ventilation method of connecting the under-floor side of a drainage standpipe or drain horizontal branch pipe and the upper-floor side of a ventilation standpipe in a building where a drainage standpipe and a ventilation standpipe are provided through the floor, which is capable of fully exerting the ventilation effect while utilizing the existing floor through-hole.SOLUTION: The drainage ventilation method uses a standpipe unit 30 having a vertical ventilation pipe 31 and a ventilation branch pipes 32 with the upper end connected to the upper end of the vertical ventilation pipe 31 which are arranged in parallel in a vertical position in a manner that an existing floor penetration portion of a ventilation standpipe 20 is replaced with the ventilation standpipe portion 31 of the standpipe unit 30. The drainage ventilation method includes the steps of: inserting the standpipe unit 30 into an existing floor through hole 3b from which the existing floor through portion has been removed; and connecting a vent pipe 47, which is connected to an under-floor 3 side of the drainage standpipe 10 or a drain horizontal branch pipe 56, to an under-floor 3 side of a ventilation branch pipe 32 of the standpipe unit 30 which is installed in the existing floor through hole 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】排水立て管と通気立て管とが床を貫通して設けられた建物において、排水立て管又は排水横枝管における床下側と通気立て管における床上側とを接続する排水通気方法において、既設の床貫通穴を利用しながら通気による効果を充分に発揮する。【解決手段】通気立て管部31及びその上端部に対して上端部が接続された通気枝管部32が立て姿勢で並列配置されてなる立て管ユニット30を用い、通気立て管20における既設の床貫通部分を立て管ユニット30の通気立て管部31に置換する形態で、既設の床貫通部分が撤去された既設の床貫通穴3bに立て管ユニット30を挿入して設置する工程と、既設の床貫通穴3bに設置された立て管ユニット30の通気枝管部32における床3下側に、排水立て管10又は排水横枝管56の床3下側に接続された通気管47を接続する工程と、を実行する。【選択図】図2
