To provide a building cover sheet apparatus that can cover a roof or external wall to reduce adverse effects of wind, rain, snow, sunshine, etc., and typhoons and weather on a building.SOLUTION: A base material sheet (KS) made of a water-impermeable sheet which has tensile strength and is flexible is provided with a water storage function (TK) capable of containing and discharging water to be adjustable in weight, and is carried onto a bad-footing roof in a light-weight state in which no water is contained and then made heavy by being soaked with water to be harder to flutter or wave, thereby providing a building cover sheet which is hard to get turned up or peel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根又は外壁を覆う事に因り風、雨、雪、太陽光等、台風や気象による建物への悪影響を、低減させる建物カバーシート装置を提供する。【解決手段】引張強度のある、屈曲自在非透水シート製の基材シート(KS)に、水を含んだり、出したりする事が出来る貯水機能(TK)を設けて重さを加減変更出来、水を含ませない軽い状態で足場の悪い屋根上に運び、伸展させ、その後、水を含ませ重くして、風には、なびき難い、煽られ難い状態にする事によって、風で捲れたり剥がれたり、し難い建物カバーシートにする事が出来る。【選択図】図1
