To provide a hydraulic system for a work machine capable of easily operating a plurality of control valves (hydraulic actuators).SOLUTION: A control valve comprises: a first port; a second port; a third port; a fourth port; a fifth port; a main body B1 including a first internal oil passage 41, a second internal oil passage 42, a third internal oil passage 43, a fourth internal oil passage 44 and a fifth internal oil passage 45; and a spool 50 which is moved inside of the main body, thereby capable of changing communication destinations of the first internal oil passage, the second internal oil passage, the third internal oil passage, the fourth internal oil passage and the fifth internal oil passage, and movable to a communication position where the second internal oil passage and the fifth internal oil passage communicate with each other or the first internal oil passage and the fifth internal oil passage communicate with each other, and a neutral position. The spool includes a first communication part 51 which communicates between the second internal oil passage and the fourth internal oil passage or the first internal oil passage and the fourth internal oil passage in the case where the spool is between the communication position and the neutral position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
