To provide an oil-water separator capable of preventing mixing of oil and coolant liquid and having high oil recovery efficiency.SOLUTION: An oil separation unit 2 comprises: a horizontal moving body 3 which moves back and forth in a horizontal direction X; a vertical moving body 4 which moves in a vertical direction Y in relation to the horizontal moving body 3 and has rotatable rollers 4a; a traveling path 5 which guides the rollers 4a and is provided below the rollers 4a; a link member 6 which is axially attached to the traveling path 5; a guide member 7 which is axially attached to one side surface of the link member 6, is formed in a hexahedron, has a vertical cross section in a parallelogram shape, moves on the traveling path 5 and circulates the rollers 4a along the upper surface, left side surface, bottom surface, and right side surface of the hexahedron; a suspension body 8 which is suspended below the vertical moving body 4 and pushes out an oil L1 through an opening 102 into an oil collection pipe 103; and a raised portion 9 which is provided below the guide member 7 and is provided on a bottom surface of the oil-water separation tank 100 in the oil-water separation tank 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】油分とクーラント液の混在を防止し、油分の回収効率が高い油水分離装置の提供。【解決手段】油分分離部2は、横方向Xに往復移動する横移動体3と、横移動体3に対して、上下方向Yに移動する、回転可能なローラ4aを有する上下移動体4と、ローラ4aを誘導する、ローラ4aの下方に設ける走行路5と、走行路5に軸着されるリンク部材6と、リンク部材6の一側面に軸着され、六面体に構成され、縦断面が平行四辺形状であって、走行路5上で移動するとともに、六面体の上面、左側面、下面、及び右側面に沿ってローラ4aを周回させる案内部材7と、上下移動体4の下方に吊り下げられ、開口102を経て油回収管103に油分L1を押し出す吊下体8と、油水分離槽100内において、案内部材7の下方に設けられ、油水分離槽100の底面に設けられる隆起部9と、を備える。【選択図】図1
