ROUGHNESS EVALUATION DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION JOINT SURFACE AND ROUGHNESS EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION JOINT SURFACE
To provide a roughness evaluation device for a construction joint surface and a roughness evaluation system for the construction joint surface allowing evaluation of the construction joint surface formed on a surface of previously injected concrete without being disturbed by determination of skilled engineers.SOLUTION: A roughness evaluation device for a construction joint surface evaluating roughness of the construction joint surface formed on a surface of previously injected concrete is provided with: an image acquiring section of an evaluation object acquiring an image of the evaluation object imaging the construction joint surface; and a roughness determination section quantifying roughness of the imaged construction joint surface acquired on the image of the evaluation object using roughness indices indicating levels of surface roughness, wherein the roughness indices is calculated through statistic processing using difference information between height distribution information on the construction joint surface and smoothing information smoothing the height distribution information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】熟練技術者の判断に左右されることなく、先行打設したコンクリートの表面に形成した打継面の粗さを評価することの可能な、コンクリートの打継面粗さ評価装置及び打継面粗さ評価システムを提供する。【解決手段】先行打設したコンクリートの表面に形成された打継面の粗さを評価する打継面粗さ評価装置であって、打継面が撮像された評価対象画像を取得する評価対象画像取得部と、評価対象画像に撮像された打継面の粗さを、表面粗さの度合いを表す粗さ指数で定量化する粗さ判定部と、を備え、粗さ指数は、打継面の高さ分布情報と、高さ分布情報を平滑化した平滑化情報との差分情報を用いて、統計処理を行うことにより算定されたものである。【選択図】図2
