To provide a soundproof structure for a housing complex, where band performances, intense dances, sports and the like can be carried out.SOLUTION: A soundproof structure S1 for a housing complex according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first structure 10 composed of a first floor 11, a first wall 12, and a first ceiling 13, each of which is a concrete skeleton; a second structure 20 to be built within the first structure, wherein the second structure is composed by including a second floor 21 which is a floating concrete casted onto the first floor through a vibration-proof member, a second wall 22 to be built within the first wall, and a second ceiling 23 to be built under the first ceiling; and a third structure 30 to be built within the second structure, wherein the third structure is composed by including a third floor 31 to be built on the second floor in a floating-floor manner by separating itself from the second wall, and is installed with a dynamic damper 31g on the third floor 31 as a vibration control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
