COLUMN BASE HARDWARE
To provide column base hardware which is able to absorb a positional error of an anchor bolt, has high stiffness against a horizontal load, is able to embody enhancement for earthquake resistance, and the like.SOLUTION: Column base hardware 11 includes a lower plate 21 to be loaded on a pedestal 81, and further separately uses seat plates (31 and the like). On the seat plates (31 and the like), a shaft hole 39 in a long hole shape is provided through which an anchor bolt 83 passes, and the two seat plates (31 and the like) are inserted into one anchor bolt 83 in a state that the shaft holes 39 are orthogonal to each other. Moreover, on the lower plate 21, housing grooves 23 and 24 in which the seat plates (31 and the like) fit without being loosened, and an opening 22 is provided through which the anchor bolt 83 passes. Furthermore, the plurality of types of seat plates (31 and the like) are prepared where the shaft holes 39 are differently positioned. When fitting the seat plates (31 and the like) corresponding to a positional error of the anchor bolt 83 into the housing grooves 23 and 24, the column base hardware 11 and the anchor bolt 83 are bound by contact between vertical planes but not by friction so as to obtain high stiffness for enhancing earthquake resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカーボルトの位置誤差を吸収可能で、しかも水平荷重に対して高い剛性を有し、耐震性の向上などを実現可能な柱脚金物を提供すること。【解決手段】柱脚金物11は基礎81に載る下板21を有するほか、別途に座板(31等)を用いる。座板(31等)には、アンカーボルト83を通すため長穴状の軸穴39を設け、且つ座板(31等)は、一本のアンカーボルト83に対し、軸穴39同士が直交する状態で二枚差し込む。また下板21には、座板(31等)が緩みなく嵌まり込む収容溝23、24と、アンカーボルト83を通す開口22を設ける。さらに座板(31等)は、軸穴39の配置が異なる複数種類を用意する。そしてアンカーボルト83の位置誤差に対応した座板(31等)を収容溝23、24に嵌め込むと、柱脚金物11とアンカーボルト83は、摩擦ではなく垂直面同士の接触によって拘束され、高い剛性を得られ、耐震性が向上する。【選択図】 図1
