BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING AND BASE ISOLATION SYSTEM
To provide a base-isolated building and a base isolation system, which restrain earthquake forces by base isolation, and can increase attenuation in accordance with size of earthquake ground motion.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building 1 comprises: a superstructure 3 relatively movable with respect to a substructure 9; inclined slide supports 31 which support the superstructure so that a moving amount in a vertical upward direction can increase in response to an increase of a moving amount of the superstructure in a horizontal direction; and slide supports 35 each of which includes a slide plate mounted so as to interlock with either one of the superstructure or a foundation, a moving part which is abutted to the slide plate and relatively slides in the horizontal direction with respect to the slide plate by being interlocked with movements of the superstructure in the horizontal direction, and an elastic body which urges the moving part in a pushing direction against the slide plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震力を免震で抑制すると共に、地震動の大きさに応じて減衰量を増大できる免震建物及び免震システムを提供すること。【解決手段】下部構造体9に対して相対的に移動自在な上部構造体3と、上部構造体の水平方向の移動量の増加に応じて鉛直方向上方の移動量が増加するように上部構造体を支持する傾斜滑り支承31と、上部構造体又は地盤のいずれか一方に連動するように取り付けられた滑り板と、滑り板に当接すると共に上部構造体の水平方向の移動に連動して滑り板に対して相対的に水平方向に摺動する移動部と、移動部を滑り板に対して押圧する方向に付勢する弾性体とを有する滑り支承35と、を備えることを特徴とする、免震建物1である。【選択図】図1
