To provide a net material and the like which can suppress winkles.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a net material 20 used for a roll window screen and having synthetic resin thread materials 21 arranged in a matrix fashion and welded at their intersections 20a. One of the two thread materials welded at the intersection has a projected amount x which is the amount of how the thread material has a larger thickness as compared with the other thread material at the intersection in the direction of overlapping with the other thread material. A ratio of the projected amount relative to a width W in the direction in which the one thread material of the two welded thread materials is in contact with the other thread material is smaller than 0.8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
