To provide a snow melting machine that addresses the problem of conventional methods, in which snow removal is a process of repeatedly collecting, removing, and throwing away snow with a large machine, and no progress is seen every year, by eliminating such time-consuming work, quickly securing a lifeline, and melting snow while moving on the spot.SOLUTION: Fins (fins and folds) in a drum are heated with a heating device (100°C to 300°C) to melt snow with the heated drum. The snow melting machine is towed with a tractor and slid a 2-3 centimeters above the snow on skis to avoid damaging a road surface. The snow remaining on the road surface is melted with snowmelt water devised to make hot water at 30°C to 40°C. If the snowmelt water accumulates on the road surface and causes hindrances, the snowmelt water can be vacuumed and dumped into a sewer. When the snow melting machine cannot scoop up snow due to frost, freezing, or snowfall that is not sufficient enough to remove snow, a water storage tank is attached to the top of the snow melting machine. Water of a tank is poured over the heated drum and a water squeegee is used to remove the water from the road surface to prevent freezing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の除雪方法は、大きな機械で雪を寄せ集め退かし、運んで捨ての繰り返しの作業で、毎年進歩が見られない。この手間の掛かる仕事をすべて省き、いち早くライフラインの確保が可能になり、雪をその場で移動しながら溶かす事が出来る溶雪機を提供する。【解決手段】発熱装置でドラム内のヒレ(フィン及びヒダ)熱し(100℃〜300℃)、温まったドラムで雪を溶かす。溶雪機をトラクターで牽引し、路面を痛めない様雪上2〜3cmの上をスキーで滑らせ、30℃〜40℃のお湯に成る様に工夫した溶雪水で路面の残った雪を溶かす。溶雪水が路面上で留まって支障がある場合は、溶雪水をバキュームで吸い取り下水道へ捨てに行ける。霜や氷結、除雪するほどの無い降雪で溶雪機で雪をすくえない時には、溶雪機の上部に貯水タンクが取り付けてあり、タンクの水を熱したドラムの上に水を流し、ウォータースクイジーで路面の水を除く事で氷結を防ぐ。【選択図】図1
