MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT BUILDING COMPONENT AND FIRE-RESISTANT BUILDING COMPONENT
To provide a manufacturing method of a fire-resistant building component excellent in fire resistance and heat insulation and also to provide the fire-resistant building component.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fire-resistant building component 10 is configured to: uniaxially or biaxially stretch a mixture containing an inorganic material, a thermoplastic resin and a foaming agent, with a content of the inorganic material within a range of 15 to 90 mass% with regard to a mass of the mixture; foam the foaming agent so as to produce a raw fabric layer 1; laminate the raw fabric layer 1 on a reinforced plastic layer 3; apply a room temperature curable resin or a heat curable resin onto the raw fabric layer 1; and cover an entirety thereof with a cover film to foam with an autoclave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐火性及び断熱性に優れた耐火建築部材の製造方法及び該耐火建築部材の提供。【解決手段】無機質材料と熱可塑性樹脂と発泡剤とを含む混合物であって、無機質材料の含有量が、混合物の質量に対して15〜90質量%である混合物を1軸延伸又は2軸延伸すると共に発泡剤を発泡させて原反層1を形成し、強化プラスチック層3の上に原反層1を積層し、原反層1の上に常温硬化型樹脂又は熱硬化型樹脂を塗布し、全体をカバーフィルムで覆った後、オートクレープ成形することによる耐火建築部材10の製造方法。【選択図】図1
