To provide a sheet which is excellent in anti-fouling property and joinability between two fabrics to be bonded so as to enlarge an area, and a membrane ceiling including the sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet includes two fabrics 2 and a junction part 4 obtained by joining the two fabrics 2 in the state where the ends of the fabrics 2 overlap each other, in which the fabrics 2 contain fibers constituting the fabrics 2 and a polyurethane-based resin coating at least a part of the surface of the fibers, and the ends of the two fabrics 2 are joined to each other through an adhesive component 3 containing a polyamide-based resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
