To provide a structure of a connection part of an outer wall panel and a sash-window allowing appearance to be drastically improved when seeing an outer wall surface, and labor, time, and cost for construction labor, construction management, and the like to be drastically reduced.SOLUTION: A structure A of a connection part is to connect an end part 3a of an outer wall panel 3 and a frame body 5 of a sash-window 4, wherein a fixture 7 arranged so as to surround the frame body 5 is provided with a fixing part 7a fixed on substrate material 2, a back-up part 7b placed apart from the fixing part 7a with a predetermined space, and a connection part 7c connecting the fixing part 7a and the back-up part 7b, to generally form a J-shape, and to arrange an end part 3a of the outer wall panel 3 between the fixing part 7a fixed on the substrate material 2 and the back-up part 7b. Sealing material 10 is filled in a sealing spot H surrounded and formed by the back-up part 7b, the end part 3a of the outer wall panel 3 and a peripheral surface of the frame body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】外壁面を見た際の見栄えを大幅に向上させることができ、また、施工手間、施工管理などの労力と時間、コストを大幅に低減することが可能な外壁パネルとサッシ窓の取合部構造を提供すること。【解決手段】外壁パネル３の端部３ａとサッシ窓４の枠体５とを接続する取合部の構造Ａであって、枠体５を囲繞するように配設される取付具７が、下地材２に固定して配設される固定部７ａと、固定部７ａと所定の間隔をあけて配設されるバックアップ部７ｂと、固定部７ａ及びバックアップ部７ｂを連結する連結部７ｃと、を備えて略Ｊ字状に形成され、下地材２に固定した固定部７ａとバックアップ部７ｂの間に外壁パネル３の端部３ａが配設され、バックアップ部７ｂと外壁パネル３の端部３ａと枠体５の外周面とで囲まれて形成されたシーリングスポットＨにシーリング材１０を充填する。【選択図】図３
