To provide a scaffold assembly method and a scaffold assembly system that can reduce the labor required to assemble "internal scaffold" while ensuring a safe work floor.SOLUTION: A scaffold assembly method for assembling "internal scaffold" in a side cold storage space SS comprises a through hole formation step for forming a plurality of through holes H in an external tank side plate 122 from an external scaffold 10 side provided along the outer surface of the external tank side plate 122, a single pipe fixing step for inserting a plurality of single pipes 20 from the external scaffold 10 side into the plurality of through holes H, respectively, and fixing the inserted single pipes 20 to the external scaffold 10, and a scaffold board support step in which scaffold boards 30 are crossed over and tied to the plurality of single pipes 20 placed in the side cold storage space SS by penetrating the through holes H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】「内部足場」の組み立てに要する労力の軽減化を図りつつ、安全性の高い作業床を確保することが可能な足場組立方法および足場組立システムの提供。【解決手段】側部保冷空間SSに「内部足場」を組み立てる足場組立方法は、外槽側板122の外面に沿って設けられた外部足場10側から外槽側板122に複数の貫通穴Hを形成する貫通穴形成工程と、複数の貫通穴Hに外部足場10側から単管パイプ20をそれぞれ貫挿するとともに、貫挿した複数の単管パイプ20を外部足場10に固定する単管パイプ固定工程と、貫通穴Hを貫挿して側部保冷空間SSに配置された複数の単管パイプ20上に足場板30を架け渡して結束する足場板支持工程と、を含んでいる。【選択図】図2
