To provide an electric lock system (service provision system) that can realize the provision of services in consideration of security and privacy.SOLUTION: A service provision system 100 includes: an acquisition unit 24 that acquires service information indicating the service that a user wishes to receive in a building 10 in which multiple electric locks 30 are installed; a storage unit 23 that stores key information for each of a plurality of service providers; and an information processing unit 22 that decides a target service provider from among the plurality of service providers based on the acquired service information, and that instructs at least some of the target electric locks among the plurality of electric locks 30 to open the locks when the key information of the target service provider is obtained. The information processing unit 22 decides which of the plurality of electric locks 30 is the target electric lock 30 based on the content of the service indicated by the service information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
