REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF SHUTTER UPPER PORTION
To provide a shutter upper portion structure that prevents a lintel from swaying when a space in a height direction of the shutter upper portion structure is saved.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure of shutter upper portion comprises: right and left brackets that are fixed at their rear ends to a building frame and extend in a vertical attitude so as to be separated from the building skeleton; a case receiving material disposed so as to be taken out of the building frame; a lintel receiving material disposed so as to bridge between front lower end portions of the right and left brackets; a lintel receiving material disposed on upper portions of right and left guide rails; a case lintel that is fixed at its front end to the lintel receiving material; a case reinforcing material 15 disposed so as to bridge between front upper end portions of the right and left brackets; and a hanging angle that has a C shape in side view formed of an upper horizontal member 180, a lower horizontal member 181 and a longitudinal member. The upper horizontal member 180 is fixed to the case receiving material and the case reinforcing material 15 and the lower horizontal material 181 is fixed to the case lintel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】シャッター上部構造の高さ方向の省スペース化を図るにあたり、まぐさの揺れを抑制するシャッター上部構造を提供する。【解決手段】後端が躯体に固定され、躯体から離間するように垂直姿勢で延びる左右のブラケットと、躯体から持ち出し状に設けられたケース受け材と、左右のブラケットの前方の下端部位間を架け渡すように設けられたまぐさ受け材と、左右のガイドレールの上方部位に設けられたまぐさ受け材と、前端がまぐさ受け材に固定され、まぐさ受け材に固定されたケースまぐさと、左右のブラケットの前方の上端部位間を架け渡すように設けられたケース補強材１５と、上側横材１８０及び下側横材１８１と縦材とから側面視コ字形を備え、上側横材１８０はケース受け材及びケース補強材１５に固定されており、下側横材１８１はケースまぐさに固定されている、吊りアングルと、を備えている。【選択図】図１４
