To prevent an occurrence of damage by a roof collapsing in a case when a great difference occurs in assumed snow load at design and the load actually affecting on a roof in a building when it snows although snow is deemed as outside load applied to a building and the load is estimated from height of snow, conventionally.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a load measuring device includes: a specific frequency measuring means 2 for deriving; a first specific frequency in a building in a first state of a building 1 and a second specific frequency in the building in a second state when outside load is added to the building, and an outside load calculation means 3 for deriving load of outside load from the first and the second specific frequencies derived by the specific frequency measuring means 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建築物に加わる外部荷重として、積雪があるが、従来は積雪高さから荷重の推定をしているが、積雪時の建築物において、設計時に想定した積雪荷重と実際に屋根上に作用する荷重に大きな差が生じる場合があり、屋根が崩落する被害が発生する事がある。【解決手段】一実施の形態では、荷重計測装置は、啓建築物1の第1の状態における前記建築物の第1の固有振動数及び前記建築物に外部荷重が加わった第2の状態における前記建築物の第2の固有振動数を求める固有振動計測手段2と、前記固有振動計測手段2により求められた前記第1及び前記第2の固有振動数から、前記外部荷重の荷重を求める外部荷重算出手段3とを有する。【選択図】図3
