To provide a floating shelter capable of preventing the support strength of support posts from decreasing when the building floats by increasing the floating range of the shelter.SOLUTION: A floating shelter 1 includes: multiple telescopic support posts 10; a base 20 supported by the support posts 10; and a buoyancy body 30 for floating the base 20 by means of the buoyancy. 【課題】 避難場所の浮上の可動範囲を大きくし、建物が浮上したときの支柱の支持強度低下を防止する。【解決手段】 伸縮可能な支柱１０と、前記支柱１０に支持された土台２０と、浮力によって前記土台２０を浮上させる浮力体３０を有する浮上式避難場所１である。前記支柱１０は、相互にスライド可能な入れ子構造の複数の柱部材１０ａ〜１０ｃで構成するとよい。【選択図】 図１
