To provide an abnormality diagnosis system that can identify cause of an oil abnormality without performing oil analysis.SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnosis system includes: a cause identification unit 212 that identifies cause of machine oil-based malfunctions; a manual transmission unit 213 that transmits a corresponding manual to resolve a failure depending on the cause identification unit; an inquiry item transmission unit 214 that transmits, when the cause identification unit identifies the failure as requiring oil sampling, the inquiry item to a terminal; an information reception unit 215 that receives an answer from the terminal to the inquiry; and an oil analysis recommendation unit 216 that provides, when the cause of the failure cannot be identified based on the answer, a notification prompting oil analysis that involves the oil sampling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】オイル分析を実施することなくオイルの異常を引き起こしている原因を特定可能な異常診断システムを提供すること。【解決手段】機械のオイルに基づく不具合の原因を特定する原因特定部２１２と、原因特定部によって不具合を解消するための対応マニュアルを送信するマニュアル送信部２１３と、原因特定部によってオイル採取が必要な不具合であると特定された場合、端末に問診事項を送信する問診事項送信部２１４と、問診事項に対する端末からの回答を受信する情報受信部２１５と、回答に基づいて不具合の原因を特定できない場合、オイルの採取を伴うオイル分析を促す通知をするオイル分析勧告部２１６とを備える。【選択図】 図４
