PRECAST PLATE CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND METHOD
PURPOSE: To provide a precast plate connection structure and method that can improve workability during construction and improve responsiveness of shear force transmission while avoiding breakage of a shear key due to a bending moment by reliably allowing rotational deformation.CONSTITUTION: A precast plate connection structure 104 according to the present invention is configured by filling and arranging a cement-based hardened body 32 so that the adhesive stress with groove inner surfaces 23a, 23b becomes substantially zero in a columnar filling space 31 in which the groove inner spaces of respective filling grooves 22a, 22b are integrated with each other in a state where precast floor slabs 1, 1 are arranged so that the filling grooves face each other. 【目的】施工時の作業性を高めるとともに、回転変形を確実に許容することで曲げモーメントに起因するシアキーの破損を回避しつつ、せん断力伝達の応答性を高めることが可能なプレキャスト板の連結構造及び方法を提供する。【構成】本発明に係るプレキャスト板の連結構造104は、プレキャスト床版1,1の充填溝22a,22bが対向するようにそれらを配置した状態で、該各充填溝の溝内空間が互いに一体化してなる円柱状の充填空間31に溝内面23a,23bとの間で付着応力が実質的にゼロとなるようにセメント系硬化体32を充填配置して構成してある。また、プレキャスト床版1,1の連結端面21a,21bの間には、止水性弾性材としてのゴム系ブロック33を配置してある。【選択図】 図3
