To provide a technology that allows vehicles such as emergency vehicles to pass when a part of a road near an expressway or bridge collapses in the event of a disaster and a step is created on the road.SOLUTION: A slope being installable on a road having a step, comprises: a first plate-shaped member 11 that can come into contact with the road having a step; a second plate-shaped member 12 that can come into contact with a vehicle; a plurality of connecting members 13 that connect the first plate-shaped member and the second plate-shaped member and extend in the traveling direction of the vehicle when in an installed state; and an absorbing member 14 provided between the first plate-shaped member and the second plate-shaped member and between one adjacent connecting member and the other connecting member to absorb a load from the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
