To provide a track maintenance work device that can be efficiently moved by using an existing road-rail vehicle, has a simple structure, is excellent in mass productivity, and is excellent in labor saving and versatility that can promote the introduction of facilities.SOLUTION: A track maintenance work device includes: a base frame 20 fixed to a loading platform 12 of a road-rail vehicle 11; and a track raising unit 21 and a trackbed compaction unit 22 mounted on the base frame 20. The track raising unit 21 comprises: gripping means 23a, 23b for gripping rails 14a, 14b; and raising means 25a, 25b having the gripping means 23a, 23b attached to the front side, and having jack arms 24a, 24b whose base side is held by the base frame 20 to move the gripping means 23a, 23b. The trackbed compaction unit 22 comprises: compaction means 42 for compacting a trackbed 17; and a compaction arm 43 having the compaction means 42 attached to the front side, and having its base side held by the base frame 20 to move the compaction means 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
