【課題】本発明は、一対の鉄骨梁の接合作業の手間を低減することを目的とする。【解決手段】鉄骨梁接合構造１０は、コンクリート柱２０と、コンクリート柱２０の上面に固定されるベースプレート２６と、各々の梁端部３０Ｅを対向させた状態でベースプレート２６の上に載置され、ベースプレート２６に下端部が接合される一対の鉄骨梁３０と、一対の鉄骨梁３０の上端部に渡って配置され、上端部にそれぞれ溶接される鉄筋４０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
