To provide a bucket device capable of improving maintenance property and to provide a work machine comprising the same.SOLUTION: A bucket device 13 comprises: a first bucket 20; a second bucket 30 attached to the first bucket 20 so as to open/close around a rotary shaft 32; a first tooth portion 40 disposed inside the first bucket 20; and a second tooth portion 50 disposed inside the second bucket 30 and facing the first tooth portion 40. The first tooth portion 40 is constituted of a plurality of first teeth 41 arranged in an axis direction of the rotary shaft 32 and being close to each other. The second tooth portion 50 is constituted of a plurality of second teeth 51 arranged in the axis direction and being adjacent to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
