To provide a new ceramic part with both strength and formability suitable for a part that makes up a contact card.SOLUTION: A plate-shaped guide plate 20 that contains silicon nitride and boron nitride includes a guide portion 22 in which a plurality of through holes 22a are formed and a frame-shaped spacer portion 24 provided to protrude from the guide portion 22 in form of surrounding the plurality of through holes.
