To prevent deterioration in the strength of an arm limiting an opening degree of a sash and concurrently to surely lock an arm in a state where the opening state is small.SOLUTION: There are included: an arm 21 whose tip end section is provided with an engagement pin 21a and whose base end section is provided with a pivoting shaft 21b; a rail section 22 including a pin entry/exit 22a which is provided on the vertical frame 11d side, through which engagement pin 21a enters and exits, and which is formed with a pin engagement groove 22b that engages the engagement pin 21a that has entered through the pin entry/exit 22a; a pedestal 23 which is fixed to a vertical frame 12d of the sash 12 to support a slide plate 23a on which an arm 21 is mounted via a pivoting shaft 21b in a rotatable manner for movement in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 12d in a slidable manner; and a locking mechanism 24 which is mounted is installed in the vertical frame 12d and prevents the sliding of the engagement pin 21a in the direction of the pin entry/exit 22a by a locking body 24e after the engagement pin 21a contacts the locking body 24e and rotates to overcome it when the sash 12 is opened to a small opening degree (half-opening degree).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
