To provide an outer wall structure in which an outer floor orthogonal to an outer wall is provided, capable of efficiently replacing outer wall panels, and a method for repairing the outer wall structure.SOLUTION: An outer wall structure 10 of the present invention includes: a waterproof rising portion 35 rising from an outer floor 30 orthogonal to an outer wall 1 of a building; and an outer wall panel 20 constituting an outer surface 1a of the outer wall 1 directly above the waterproof rising portion 35.
