To provide a joint structure jointing a pair of steel materials to each other with high-strength bolts and connection plates which prevents the deterioration of joint yield strength of the steel materials and the connection plates by the high-strength bolts through suppressing deformation of the steel materials and the connection plates.SOLUTION: A friction joint structure is provided with: a pair of steel materials of which end parts of long plate-like parts in a longitudinal direction are arranged opposite to each other; and connection plates overlapping on each of plate-like parts of the pair of steel materials in a depthwise direction, of which overlapped parts are fastened with high-strength bolts to joint the pair of the steel materials to each other, wherein a plurality of bolt holes through which the high-strength bolts pass are formed in the overlapped parts of the steel connection plates. A plurality of excessively larger holes than the bolt holes in those hole diameters through which the high-strength bolts pass or a plurality of long holes larger than the bolt holes in those minor diameters are formed at a position corresponding to bolt holes of at least one of the steel materials. A total of cross section area along a width direction of all of the connection plates is equal or larger than a total of cross section area along a width direction of the plate-like parts at the position where the high- strength bolts pass through the bolt holes and through holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】一対の鋼材同士を高力ボルトと接続板を用いて接続する構造において、鋼材と接続板の変形を抑制することで、高力ボルトによる鋼材と接続板との接合耐力の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】摩擦接合構造は、互いの長尺な板状部の長手方向端部同士が対向配置される一対の鋼材と、一対の鋼材の各々の板状部に厚み方向で重なり、重なり部分が高力ボルトによって板状部に締結されて一対の鋼材同士を接続する接続板と、を備え、鋼材の接続板が重なる部分には、高力ボルトが貫通するボルト孔が複数形成されており、接続板には、少なくとも一方の鋼材のボルト孔に対応する位置に高力ボルトが貫通する貫通孔として孔径がボルト孔よりも大きい過大孔又は短径がボルト孔以上の長孔が複数形成されており、高力ボルトがボルト孔及び貫通孔を貫通する位置において、板状部の幅方向に沿った断面積に対して全ての接続板の前記幅方向に沿った断面積の合計が同等以上である。【選択図】図8
