To provide a column assembling device capable of precisely and easily positioning each component and having rich versatility, when assembling a column.SOLUTION: A column assembling device 1 according to the present invention includes: a pedestal 2; a guide portion 5 that is composed of four shafts 6 generally horizontal and having an axial direction in the same direction, and a plurality of abutting guides 14 having core abutting portions 15 movable along the shafts 6; a front fixed reference portion 21 and a rear fixed reference portion 29 supporting both end portions of the shafts 6 and oppositely disposed on the pedestal 2; a moving reference portion 34 formed so as to move backward/forward between the front fixed reference portion 21 and the rear fixed reference portion 29; and an operating portion 40 capable of operating the backward/forward movement of the moving reference portion 34. The shafts 6 are arranged in a symmetric V-shape with a generally right angle that is sharp on a lower side in a side view, and a core B is held by a diaphragm D between the front fixed reference portion 21 and the moving reference portion 34 to be positioned in the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コラムを組み立てる際、各構成部材を精度よく容易に位置決めすることができ汎用性にも富んだコラム組立装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るコラム組立装置1は、台座2と、略水平で同方向に軸線方向をなす4本のシャフト軸6とシャフト軸6に沿って移動自在としたコア当接部15を有する複数の当接ガイド14とからなるガイド部5と、シャフト軸6の両端部を支持して台座2上に対向配置した前固定基準部21と後固定基準部29と、前固定基準部21と後固定基準部29との間で進退自在に形成した可動基準部34と、可動基準部34の進退を操作自在とした操作部40と、で構成し、シャフト軸6は、側面視で下方先鋭で左右対称の略直角のV字状となるよう配設し、前固定基準部21と可動基準部34との間でコアBをダイアフラムDで挟持することで水平方向の位置決めがなされるよう構成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
