To reduce a rise in temperature in a room due to sunlight.SOLUTION: One floor 11 of a building 10 is provided between a lower slab 21 and an upper slab 26. At an opening part surrounded with a column and a beam constructed at an outer peripheral part of the building 10, an outer wall 14 is constructed which comes into contact with the outside air. The outer wall 14 is provided with a window 15. A retroreflection part 1 is provided on a floor surface 21A of the lower slab 21 of the building 10 in an indoor perimeter zone close to the window 15 facing the outdoors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
