【課題】直射日光がスラットの何れの面に入射しても、スラットで反射した光が隣り合うスラットの隙間を通過するのを抑えて、屋内の温度上昇を緩和する。【解決手段】ブラインド１０が窓枠１の近傍に設けられている。ブラインド１０は、互いに並列されるとともに傾動可能に設けられた複数のスラット１１を備える。スラット１１の各々は、板状のスラット本体１２と、スラット１１の本体の両面にそれぞれ設けられている第１の再帰反射部１３及び第２の再帰反射部１４とを有する。【選択図】図３
