To provide sheets that have obtained even higher heat insulating and heat shielding effects by installing an adsorptive tape with a width of several tens of millimeters around a resin sheet or a heat shielding sheet.SOLUTION: Provided are: sheets that have heat insulating and heat shielding effects, in which an adsorptive tape with a width of several tens of millimeters is installed only around a resin sheet or a heat shielding sheet with a thickness of 0.1 mm to several millimeters; sheets that have obtained even higher heat insulating and heat shielding effects by the fact that the sheets are removable from a surface to be adsorbed and by an airtight space inside the adsorptive tape obtained by them; and working methods and construction methods therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
